The Wedding Network Limited
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between The Wedding Network Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any wedding professional or wedding planner (“you”) who engages with our network or services. By engaging with us you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Work With
We work with two groups:
Wedding Planners — We provide curated photographer and creative professional recommendations based on style, budget, and availability. Our recommendations are made to protect your reputation and serve your clients.
Wedding Professionals — We onboard selected photographers and creative professionals into our network and present them to planners for active weddings.
2. Services
For Wedding Planners:
- Curated recommendations of pre-vetted photographers and creative professionals
- Style, budget, and availability matching for each wedding brief
- Ongoing network management to maintain recommendation quality
For Wedding Professionals:
- Inclusion in our curated network
- Presentation to planners for active wedding briefs
- Presentation refinement — our team works on your online presence to ensure it meets the standard planners expect before any introductions go out
3. Fees and Payment
For Wedding Planners: We charge a commission on successfully completed bookings made through our recommendations. Commission details are agreed separately and confirmed in writing.
For Wedding Professionals: There are no fees, charges, or commissions payable by photographers or creative professionals. Our income comes entirely from planners upon successful booking completion.
Any voluntary appreciation shown to our team for presentation work is entirely at your discretion and is never a condition of our services or network membership.
4. Presentation Refinement
As part of onboarding, our team reviews and refines the online presence of selected professionals to ensure alignment with planner expectations. This service is provided at no cost to the professional.
All work produced during this process remains our intellectual property until explicitly transferred in writing. We retain the right to use non-sensitive materials for portfolio and demonstration purposes.
5. Network Membership
Inclusion in our network is by invitation and selection only. We reserve the right to remove any professional or planner from the network at our discretion if standards, communication, or conduct fall below the level our network requires.
6. Responsibilities
Wedding Professionals agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and services
- Respond promptly to all introductions and enquiries
- Maintain professional standards in all planner and client interactions
- Report confirmed bookings generated through our network within 7 days of confirmation
Wedding Planners agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete wedding briefs
- Engage with recommendations in good faith

7. Booking Attribution
A booking is considered confirmed when a client has signed a contract and a deposit or full payment has been received.
Bookings are attributable to our network when the initial introduction originated through our recommendation process.
We operate on a transparent good faith basis and reserve the right to request reasonable verification in the event of discrepancies.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee any specific number of recommendations, bookings, or revenue for either planners or professionals. Network performance depends on factors including availability, market conditions, style alignment, and responsiveness.
To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost income or missed bookings.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the details of our working arrangement confidential. Neither party will disclose pricing, commission structures, or operational processes to third parties without prior written consent.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice.
Wedding professionals remain responsible for honouring any bookings or introductions already in progress at the time of termination.
